Email programs ask you for several pieces of information:

Email Account:  This is your username, withour any @ signs or host names
for example,  if your email address is jdoe@lweb.net your username is jdoe

Email address: jdoe@lweb.net

POP Account: (Eudora Only)  jdoe@pop.lweb.net   While this is formatted
like an email address it is NOT an email address.  Eudora takes the username
jdoe and looks for email on the server pop.lweb.net

POP or Incoming Mail Server:  pop.lweb.net

SMTP or Outgoing Mail Server: mail.lweb.net

Some programs ask if we use an POP or IMAP server.  We use POP.
