If this is the first time you have run Dial Up Networking You May See this WIZARD
 

	If this is the first time you have run  Dial Up Networking  You May See this WIZARD Otherwise Double Click Make New Connection
	Enter Webmasters in the first line then click NEXT
	Enter the 519 Area Code and then Enter our Phone Number  679 6677 Click Next
	Click Finish
	Click ONE TIME ONLY on the  Webmasters ICON Then Click  File Then Click Properties
	Unclick the box that Says Use area code and Dialing Properties
	Click the TAB at the top that says Server Types
	Unclick Log on to network Unclick NetBEUI Unclick IPX/SPX Compatible
	It's not absolutely necessary in Win98, but you may also click TCP/IP Settings and enter the settings in the following frame Otherwise just click "OK"
	Click "Specify name server addresses" and enter 209.205.45.34 in Primary DNS and 142.77.2.36 in Secondary DNS Click "OK" Then Click "OK" on the next window
	If you Double Click Webmasters You can fill in your user name and password Click Save Password Click Connect
	Click Start/Settings/Control Panel Then Double Click Internet Options. Change the Home page Address to either http://HOME.LWEB.NET or http://WWW.YAHOO.CA Click the tab Connections
	Select Always dial my default connection Click OK
